MSSL Engineering Facilities - Available to Industry

MSSL has designed, built and tested over 250 space research instruments in the past 35 years and hence has well established capability to design, develop and prototype 'high tech' systems that involve one or more disciplines in mechanical, electronic, software engineering or detector physics.

Further information about the capabilities of each of these groups can be found on their respective web pages. The availability of all these capabilities at one location facilitates the rapid and efficient translation of new concepts into reality. The staff of these groups total about 50.

All the groups are experienced in project management to ensure that projects stay within the constraints of schedule, budget and performance.
