Our intention is to provide Windows support for at least the gen libraries whenever feasible. Most of the fundamental routines for i/o and environment which might have system dependency have already been modified to accomodate Windows (in addition to some MacOS modifications) by W.Thompson, R.Bentley, D.Zarro, C.Kankelborg et al. The function of the more detailed, instrument-level analysis software under Windows will depend upon the individual PI team resources and motivation to correct any system compatibility problems. Notification of problems and/or contributions (from users like you...) of compatibility fixes are appreciated by most SSW PI teams.
The following people have expressed an interest in, or have actively contributed to the use of SolarSoft under Windows (95/98/NT). Names of contributors are highlighted in red and are listed in (as far as I know) reverse order of chronological activity.
