Upon successful submission of a proposal to the database, users will be notified via email (at peak times this might take a while). This email will contain the assigned proposal number - which should be mentioned, if already known at the time of submission, in case other, associated proposals are submitted.

If neither of these indicates a problem, please get in touch with the SOC via the XMM Helpdesk, using the subject ``Missing proposal submission verification'' and identifying your proposal by PI name and full title.
