Missing XRPS functionality

A few features that one might wish to have in XRPS are not yet implemented. Among these are:

• The XRPS does not know about ``concatenated'' (i.e., back-to-back) XMM observations. Although users are strongly discouraged to propose such observations, they can be performed. Requests should be stated explicitly in the proposal text (scientific justification).

• No check of validity of exposure details (like, e.g., pixel ranges defined as science windows [OM]) is performed.

• There is no possibility to copy information from one proposal to another.
