My husband, Wim van Driel, is an astronomer at Paris Observatory. Here he is at Narrabri Radio Observatory in Australia.
Here we are together in Sydney,
where our daughter, Luca, used to live with her husband, Hidde van der Ploeg.

They got married in Amsterdam in May 2007...



...and Dylan was born on 11 September 2009.
...and Max was born on 6 October 2011.

In 2012, having spent 7 years in Australia, they moved back to The Netherlands, so we can spend more time together.
